Aslm.. Is it permissible to recite qaseedah and anasheed in islam? Are there any proofs?

wa alaikumus salaam warahamatullahi wabarakaatuh, Some qaseedah can be recited at some extent with certain conditions. so every case should be analysed on an individual basis.
