how to make a decision when you have 2 options? how to know which way is best?

Answer

One may perform salatul istikhaarah, i.e. two rakaat salaat, after which the dua of istikhaarah is recited. It is not necessary to see anything in dream after doing it. One may feel more inclined towards the best option. if nothing is felt the istikharah salaat may be continued for 7 days .
