Assalamualaikum Mufti Saab, can you please inform me about Islamic Banking systems available here in Mauritius? I would like to buy a car, how is it possible to do so by complying to the Shariah. Humble request to JUM, many Muslims need your support in many areas, please conduct Bayaans as much as possible, in as many Masjids as possible concerning Financial Maslas. Jazakallah

Wa alaikumus salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh. Unfortunately, none of these banking system has been approved by JUM. A mail was sent to your yahoo account on 18/03/2015 regarding the correct methods that should be adopted in dealing with banks. Our Ulama are everywhere in the island even in Rodrigues. Please contact your local Aalim to arrange jamiat programs. Jazaakumullahu khairaa.
