asslm, can rely on jummah masjid halal council, halal research commitee, and mufti mackoojee's certificate???

Wa alaikumus salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh. (1) As far as Jummah Mosque is concerned, we had a meeting with them and asked them to forward us the procedures they apply to issue halal certificates. Until now we did not receive any reply. It is a great problem for JUM to infirm and confirm without knowing their halal standard. (2) Mufti Mackoojee officially is a member of JUM, until now we could not understand why he should do something parallel to what JUM is doing on national basis. Our feedback and experience show that at times he issue halal certificate before inspection and verification. These facts render the matter very doubtful.
