Salaam Mufti. i know that home loan is not allowed due Riba which is haram. But in the context of no Islamic banking in Mauritius, and also to prevent myself to be conflict with other members of family, i had to take a loan to construct a house. I am in all means and ways trying to settle it off? what do you advice in such. Thanks

Wa alaikumus salaam. We advise you to settle it off as soon as possible to avoid further conflict with shariat. In the same way we won't advise you to contract any dealings implying Riba as it is highly nefarious to deen and imaan.
