Can we give qurbani meat to poor non muslim people?? Ki duah kapav lire pour rembourse dettes au plus vite?? Can we help non muslim poor people?? What can we do to help the brothers and sisters in Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan...etc?? What duah can we ask for them??

1) Yes it maybe given to them specially when there is a dire need. 2) you may read اللهم اكفنا بحلالك عن حرامك وأغننا بفضلك عن من سواك read . 3) Yes you may help them. 4) Something easy but yet very important that can be done by everybody is to make sincere dua. Dua for their dunya as well as for the Aakhirah.
