Aslm...i have a question regarding mawlana Ahmad raza khan...He is the founder of the bareilwi sect...Is he the reason of their deviation...can he be considered kaafir?

Wa alaikumus salaam. The Ulama of Deoband do not agree with him on various issues which they consider as not being compatible to sunnah.
