Dripping of urine during namaz

Assalam.....what islam and masla says on urinary incontinence problem....even if someone is unaware of the dripping or this happen unintentionally....can smeone someone cntinue worship...OR he need everytime to go and wash and make wazu...everytime....is it not a waste of water and time...and sometime may miss namaz with jamaat just to clean oneself again and again and perform wazu...and what if dripping come in namaz with jamaat?? Please send reply urgently....!

Wa alaikumus salaam. If it is so frequent that a person is not able to perform namaz with tahaarat during the whole namaz time, then according to masla this person will be qualified as a ma'zoor. And a ma'zoor's namaz is valid even if urine is dripping during namaz.
