Do I need to do nikah again with the one who I already give talaaq e baain and she is still in iddat

Answer

Yes, if one or two talaaq-e-baain were given then nikaah is to be renewed although she is in iddat. The whole nikaah procedures will have to be taken into consideration once again. And they are as follows: Her consent, proposal & acceptance, 2 witnesses and mahr.
