Wa alaikumus salaam. According to Quraan kareem Saamiri was punished for his misdeed and consequently was afflicted by such a disease that kept the public away from him for the rest of his life. Moreover he will be punished in Aakhirat. As for the course you mentioned we have not any specific subject as such. You may learn it to some extent by studying Tafseerul Quraan and Sharah (Explanation) of Hadith under the supervision of competent and qualified Ulama.
