Assalamualaikum. My question is related to the topic of zibah. i would know which organisation designates the person to do ZIBAH of halal animals for the Mauritius Meat Authority and other local suppliers of fresh chicken meat or other halal animals?

Wa alaikumus salaam. We know that Muslims do the job but don't know who designate them. The other local suppliers have their own way to employ the slaughterers.
