Sister passed away with nail polish on her finger nails, was given ghusl and buried such, Who will be sinful?

Assalamualaikum,My sister aged 6-7 years passed away, there was nail polish on the finger nails,and she was given ghusl and buried such. Who will be sinful? Jazakallah.

Wa alaikumus salaam. May Allah Subhaanahu wata'aala grant the parents sabr and make it a means of maghfirat and admission in jannat. We should always be cautious that we up-bring our children according to the principles of Islam. Nail polish is not allowed. The one who did it with the minor should repent and make sincere tawbah.
