As salaam mufti, as usual keep up the brilliant work. What is the condition of a saabiquun as mentioned in surah waaqiah?

Wa alaikumus salaam.
You have to start with practicing the commandments of Allah Ta'aala and abstaining from practices which are forbidden and lead a life according to sunnat of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu alaihi wasallam). This will be achieved easily by remaining under the supervision of a sheikh kaamil.
