Normally qurbani meat shud b divided in 3:
(i) poor
(ii) family
(iii) 4 our own
If we r intending 2 do a family meal..can we not distribute the family share..n invite thm 2 partake the meal!? Please advise..jzk :)

Wa alaikumus salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh The distribution in three portions is only recommended not obligatory. The use of the meat in the manner you mentionned is permissible.
