I have been seperated from my husband as he was a drunkard and he told me to go away from him. I have tried to convince him several times but in no vain. it has been 23 years since am not living with him...
Is my nikah still valid?

He should be asked what did he mean when he said "Go Away".
In case he declared it with the intention of talaaq, then talaaqwill be effective.
