Is it obligatory for a recently converted muslim to be circumcised? before he can marry,performing(nikah)

It is not a condition for the validity of Imaan and Islam. But it is a kind of assurance regarding nikaah. Because a lot of people embrace Islam only for the sake of nikaah when in fact they are not interested in Islam. We will accept their Islam as long as a second party is not involved. As for nikaah the parents and the responsible party will have the right to impose circumcision as an assurance before proceeding to nikaah.
