How do I fast in Ramadhan as I work day and night in ship and I travel for over a month sometimes in the ship

Wa alaikumus salaam You can know the time of sehri and iftaar by observation. As for iftaar it is very simple because it is at sunset. Whereas for sehri it should be done before the dawn appears. (Dawn means the light which appears in the east horizontally approximately 90 min before sunrise).
