i need explanation on the hadith that says leaders are from quraish or something like that.. what does it mean and how do we apply it?

Wa'alaikumus Salaam Warahmatullah
It refers to Ameerul Mu'mineen or Khalifatul Muslimeen of an Islamic state. It doesn't apply in every aspects of life. The Hadith is in Bukhari Shareef and according to ti, nobody has the right to oppose a Qureishi as long as he establishes and maintain Deen as it should be.
