i don't mean to offend the Ulamaa as it can endanger our Imaan. I look at it as a duty to respect the Ulamaa and honor them. Definitely the Ulamaa know what they are doing. And they are the ones who should tackle all these issues. But as for the Awaam who are witnessing these problems and situations and they have no knowledge of the right or wrong in matter of diffrences between Ulamaa what should they do and who should they follow as there are Ulamaa on both side.

On one side we have Ml Saad claiming with proof (obviously according to his understanding and with support of other Ulamaa even in Mauritius I know some Ulamaa who support him) that he's the Ameer. And ULAMAA not Awaam bringing proof from the hadith of "Ameer should be from quraish". they propagating it within the Awaam day and night and i have witness it myself and on the other side we (as Awaam) don't have answer to those who make these claims.

I've been in jamaat regularly for as long as I remember as I've a tablighi background. I was myself approached personally by a saathie jamaat in a khusoosi mulaaqaat. When I told him of Ml Saad he said these are the cheap tricks that the opposition is playing against Ml Saad. He provided me with some messages and pdfs on the references that were the caused of differences in his bayans and then he told me the hadith of Quraish. He said that because some people (among ulamaa) do not agree on him becoming Ameer, they brought these "so called mistakes" (in their view) up and fabricated the lie about the shura being formed and all that. He showed me the pdf of the "so called real decision" about how he became Ameer also. I guess you all have seen all these. I told him "guet sa moi mo jamaati mm moi, mo pu rest fer travail jamaat moi parski tou ulamaa daccord lors sa travail la, mais cause contre ban ulamaa surtou kan pena l'education kouma zot sa mo pas pou kapav. banla ena divergences entre zot sa zot guet zot couyanade et li zot travail sa. Mais si nou ban Ulama dan moris dir ki nizamudden pas bon, vaut mieux mo suive zot au lieu suive ban ki pas ulamaa ki vin dir moi nizamudden bon (kan mm zot korek). parski si ban ulamaa la met moi dan erreur mo pa pou responsable. quran mm dir demand ban ki conner. astere si mo ecoute ban ki pas ulamaa dimain mo pou responsable ki fer mone rejett ban la ek mone ecoute ceki pas conner."

My problem with all these is how these people are working.. All the answers to the questions and objections are prepared from ULAMAA and they circulating it and even explaining it whereas on the other side some ulamaa just pointing the mistakes Ml Saad is making and sending it without replying the answer they giving to the mistakes and without follow up. These put Awaam in a situation where they starting to think that the ulamaa on the one side have no answers. (personally a saathie told me that). he said "Mo ena tou explication et reponses lors sa banne objections la mais selman ziska ler personne penkor fer auken counter reply". i also didn't see any counter reply too.

So won't all these be a means (for people in tabligh specifically) to think that nizamudden proofs seems to be stronger and their ulamaa are the ones on Haqq as they are tackling each issue and make it known to the people of tabligh?

I again don't mean to offend the ulamaa. I learnt from you all and i've heard in a bayan that to ask for details if I do not feel at ease with something is ok. Some details I will understand and some I won't but if our heart is clean when I receive the details I'll inshaAllah feel more at ease even if I did not understand (as long as I acknowledge that I might not understand what the Aalim said).

I sincerely ask for Maaf if I said anything wrong about you all but Allah knows that I didn't mean to offend any Aalim. Just wanted to understand who should I follow. I do not want to follow them with doubt in my heart. That's why I've turned to you all so I can get the answers to those questions that are circulating.

Some would say that we should just do the work and don't pay attention to the problems. but then on whose method do we do the work. one side says that the system that Ml Ilyaas chose and the 2 after them followed should not be changed whereas they were all Ameers and Ml Saad also is claiming to be Ameer so why can't his system be followed? the answer we get is because it is not how Ml Ilyaas wanted this work to be done and it some says it is against Shari'ah.
when ask what is against Shari'ah no reply came. when ask what is against how Ml Ilyaas wanted? the answer is that muntakhab and masjid abaadi. but then if he's Ameer and deems it a need to do so, why can't he? he's changing the method of tabligh not tabligh itself and method can change according to necessity. and if he is not Ameer, why is he not when they have proof and this side is just claiming, he's not fit for Ameer because his bayaan has too many mistakes (which have been replied). I'm confused and feel like the whole jamaat work looks like wrong at the moment.
I might be misunderstanding something, well from an Aalim point of view who do not agree with Ml Saad i'm definitely misunderstanding, and I want to know what it is. I follow the Ulamaa but I don't feel it is ok to stay quiet and not to ask a question when you know somewhere something is not right.
