I need to seek Khula as my husband says he does not want to make Allah angry by giving me Talaaq. What are the procedures?To note that we are already seeking divorce by mutual consent.

Wa alaikumus salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh
Giving talaaq unnecessarily is something that makes Allah angry. It should be given when it is necessary and it is a command of Allah ta'aala. The husband should assume his duty. Otherwise you may apply to the MFC.
