I am constantly sad. I find no interest in anything. Sadness cause us to be weak. I read duas but still i am sad.please is there other solution?

Besides contacting a doctor for appropriate treatement you may recite daily 100 times darood, 500 times " Wa laa hawla wa laa qouwwata illaa billaah" then 100 times darood again. May Allah ta'alaa relieve you from your sadness. Aameen
