If a man gives his wife 3 times talaaq by saying it and also write it on paper that he gives her 3 times talaaq. Also they got divorced legally and do not live under the same roof. Is the woman in the nikaah.?

Answer

Wa alaikumus salaam The 3 talaaq will be effective and the lady will be out of nikaah. After observing the iddat of 3 complete menses she will be allowed to contract nikaah if she wishes. Anyway she will not be allowed to come back to her ex-husband.
