In connection with question 1863 i am 49 and i have always been regular concerning menses before november 2018. It has been 8 months since i do not menstruate.hope this will enable you to answer my question.

Due to necessity the opinion of Imam Malik has been adopted in this issue i.e the lady should observe an iddat of one year as from the date the talaq was pronounced.
