Question

If a husband pronounce 3times talaaq to his wife in a state of huge anger and when he calms down he realises what he has done and repents can he live with his wife again without the wife doing halala...can they only do nikah again without the wife doing halala??

Answer

Talaaq given in a state of anger does take place. Generally, in the state of anger that people give talaaq. However, talaaq of a person who has lost his sense to the extent that he cannot differentiate between things, like a mad person is not valid. In your case it seems that the level of anger of the husband didn't reach the level of madness, as he remembered giving 3 talaq afterwards. Therefore both of you should live separately from now on. In this state reconciliation is not possible even through nikaah.

Nabi (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) has cursed the person who does arranged halalah. It is only lawful in Shariah when it happens naturally without any planning. So if the wife gets married to another man and thereafter gets divorced then observes its iddat, only then she will be able to get married again to the first husband.
