If a man has already done a second nikkah, the first wife is asking for Talaaq even though already given verbally. What should he do in this case?

It seems that the ex-wife would like to have a written copy of the talaaq. If this is the case, then the husband may inform her in writing that he has issued a verbal talaaq to her on such and such date.
