Sexual Relation after Haiz

Assalamou'alaykum,. After Hayz of a lady has stopped, can she have sex with her husband before taking gusl or must she take gusl first then have sex?

Respected Sisterr,

With regards to your query regarding Haiz, do note that there can be 3 scenarios:

1) A lady's Haiz has completed 10 days, in this case, she can have sexual relation before making Ghusl. However, it's better that she makes Ghusl first.

2) Her Haiz completed on the the 5th or 6th day (i.e less than 10days), in this case she must make Ghusl first before having intimate relationship. However, if one time of Salah has elapsed and still she didn't make Ghusl - even though she had enough time to make Ghusl and start the Salah - in this case she can be intimate without making ghusl.

3) If her habit is 5 days for example and Haiz stopped on the 4th day, then she can't have intimate relation even after making Ghusl. She must complete her habit days first.
