Giving azaan at home for the purpose of barakah (blessing) is not proven from the Shari'a.
Instead, one should make salaam upon entering the house (Tirmidhi), read the Qur'aan daily, as mentioned in Hadith of Muslim that Shaytaan runs away from a house in which Surah Baqarah is recited. And most importantly, 5 times Salaat must be established. Make a lot of Istighfar, read Durood and other Dhikr also.

One should also refrain from putting photos of humans or animals, the use of television, keeping pet dogs, dolls or teddy bears etc... These are also the reasons due to which the angels of Rahmat do not enter the house.

(Sahih Muslim)
