Inheritance for a husband and three brothers

Question:

A woman passed away leaving behind her husband and three brothers. She has neither children nor parents. How will her estate be distributed?

Reply:

Firstly, one must subtract the expenses of her burial without exaggeration. Then, pay off her debt if any. If she has made a will, it should be executed. If ever the will has surpassed more than one-third of her remaining property after deducting the cost of her burial and repaying her debts, then the testament will be accepted up to one-third only. Unless all the heirs agree to execute the will in full. Then, finally one must divide everything that remained into 6 equal parts. The husband will get 3 shares and each brother will get one share each.
