It is not something easy...

Before attacking someone, one always check one’s surroundings. One will never have the courage or audacity to say anything, if one sees that he is surrounded by 'bouncers' or those who have muscles, one will be afraid of the impacts and the serious consequences. How many such people are there on earth who prefer suffering instead of saying something so as not to aggravate the situation. A person will be perfectly right in keeping silent although he may be right. If someone is wrong, he has to be silent even more. If he wants to give vent to his anger, then he may stop walking on earth (due to being killed). And yet his opponent is a human like him whose means are limited. His ability also has a limit that allows him to do a lot but not everything that he wants. Likewise he cannot behave as he wishes everywhere. In spite of all this, people take precautions and are careful not to misbehave with anyone.

What makes one believe that one can speak as one wishes against Imam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullaahi Alaiyh) without the least worry or anxiety! How can one dare to call the famous 'Ulaama, such as Imam Al-Ghazali (Rahmatullaahi Alaiyh) and Sheikh Muhayyuddeen Ibn-ul-Arabi (Rahmatullaahi Alaiyh) as deviated? Does one think that there is no-one to support them? Does one believe that they are alone? One should not be deceived if one cannot perceive it due to Allah Ta'ala not giving one eyes to perceive that. In reality, it is the Auliya of Allah who enjoy a very special support from Allah Ta'ala. A small child does not know the value of gold or a gemstone and this is perfectly normal. Those who are still 'children' in Deen are somehow the same. They do not have those eyes that may allow them to recognise a Waliyullah. That is why they do not hesitate to pronounce unpleasant words in regards to the Ulama-e-Deen and the Auliya Allah such as Imam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullaahi Alaiyh), Imam Ghazali (Rahmatullaahi Alaiyh), Sheikh Muhayyuddeen Ibn-ul-Arabi (Rahmatullaahi Alaiyh). We should know that they are great 'Ulama and Auliyaa Allah. We should know that they are not on their own. According to a Hadith Qudsi of Saheeh Bukhari, one who harbours enmity for a Wali of Allah, Allah declares war against this unfortunate man. A person renders himself unfortunate when he does not recognise the value of the Auliya Allah. Doing something that makes Allah Ta'ala declare war against you... is not something easy!
