Imaan

Allah Ta'ala has granted us Imaan. There is no gift or fortune that is more valuable than Imaan. People like to be rich for their well-being. However the well-being that one seeks through wealth is not a real well-being because it is a temporary well-being. As proof, we can see that many people who have millions, billions and trillions cannot prevent themselves from suffering. They enjoy their wealth for a very short time because they have to undergo the ups and downs of life despite their wealth. If, miraculously, they never suffer then this wealth will last them till their lifetime. On the other hand, a very minute degree of Imaan will guarantee the eternal salvation and well-being in Aakhirah. It is an incomparable and eternal well-being that has no shadow of sadness and regret. Thus, any effort that we can make to preserve this fortune called Imaan is still very little. It is preserved by performing the 5 times Salaah, Tilaawat-ul-Qur'an and preserving the eyes, ears and mouth. Moreover it is preserved by following the Tareeqah of our beloved Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam).
