Al-Muqeet

Al-Muqeet is derived from the word Qut which refers to a food that is transformed into energy to give the body courage and strength. Allah Ta'ala is Al-Muqeet because it is He Himself who is the basis of this exercise and development. It is He Himself who makes the foods produce physical and mental energy. He is the one who gives spiritual energy. All progress in the physical, spiritual, scientific and technological fields depend on this energy whose source is solely in the hands of Allah Ta'ala. Thus, there is only one door to knock at to progress in any field. It is the door of Allah Al-Muqeet. Remembering Allah Ta'ala by His attribute Al-Muqeet may help in developing physical and spiritual strength.
