Hadith Qudsi

A Hadith Qudsi is a Hadith whose meaning comes from Allah Ta’ala but its formula is expressed by Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). That is, it is a revelation from Allah Ta’ala that Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) expressed in his own words and attributed it to Allah Ta’ala. The usual Hadith are also a kind of revelation that Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) has expressed in his own words, without attributing them to Allah Ta’ala.

As for the Qur’an-e-Kareem, it is the revelation whose meaning and formula both come from Allah Ta’ala.
