MFC form

Question

Assalamualeikum
Actually i got married in 2018. My nika was not registered even though i had given the imaam, adil boboa all the required documents. Now i am having a hard time to get in touch with him to ask him to do the registration.. I wanted to know if i need to look for an imaan to do the registration or can i come directly at MFC without an imaam and it can be done? Note that my father, who was my wali for my nika, recently passed away. Can you please advise how to proceed. Thank you.
