A man is already married civil and nikah. He is separated from his first wife but has not divorced neither civil nor talaak. Just separated with no intention if reuniting. He wants to marry me. But i want my nikah to be formalised under MFC. What is the solution if he does not want to talaak his first wife.

According to information at our disposal the civil status does not register another nikaah of a man whose civil marriage is still maintained with previous wife. You may contact the MFC on 2128667 to confirm the above and get more details from them.
