Imam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullahi Alaiyh) and Yazeed Bin Harun

“I met thousands of people and got the opportunity to take Hadith from most of them. However, I have not seen anyone who is more Faqeeh (a person who has the understanding of Deen), more pious and has more knowledge of Deen than five persons. Imam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullahi 'alayh) is the first among them.”

It is to be noted that Yazeed Bin Harun is not just anyone. According to Tahzeeb-out-Tahzeb of Allaamah Bin Hajar Al-Asqalani, he was a very eminent scholar and a scholar of Hadith by excellence and scholars such as Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal, I'shaaq Bin Raahwa’y, Yahya Bin Ma'in, Ali Bin Madeeni have benefited enormously from him in the field of Hadith.
