Mu'tazilah
It is a deviated sect. Their leader is called Waasil Bin ‘Ataa who was together with Hazrat Hassan Basri (Rahmatullahi Alayh). And then he left the circle and went on his own. Those, who follow this sect, do not believe in Karaamat. That is, they do not believe in miracles which were manifested through the hands of the Auliya Allah (the pious people).
As for the Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaa'ah, they believe in Karaamat as it is proven by the Qur’an and the Hadith. Whatever is proven by the Qur’an and the Hadith must be accepted.
Moreover, a Wali does not have the capacity to show a miracle when he wants to, without the will of Allah Ta’ala. It is only Allah Ta’ala who manifests miracles on the hands of a Wali. And nothing is impossible for Allah Ta’ala. Not to believe in Karaamat is to absolutely doubt the ability of Allah Ta’ala which a good Muslim cannot do. Allah has power over everything. He can do whatever he wants.
"Undoubtedly your Rabb can perfectly accomplish whatever He wills." (S 11: V 117)
