Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatahu,
Sorry to bother you Respected Brother.
My husband pronounced obe Talaq in 2015,following we never had any relation.
In 2017 he again proclaimed that" i leav you, you are not my wife and you free to go where ever you want to go"and also"get out of my house"and also"mon fini kit toi, la ausi to pe ras lamem!"each new day he says this. (we are co owners) its been 13 years now we do not share any relationship or we dont even talk.
He is abusive and violant.

Can you please kindly guide me, if my marriage is still stand good?
As i am willing to move out of this relationship.

Wa alaikumussalaam wrb..

If one talaq has been clearly given to you by your husband which is called a Talaq Raj’i and after that your husband didn’t have any kind of husband wife relationship with you (this include sexual relation, sweet words, caresses or showing affection and love of any sort and he did not say any clear word of reconciliation) within your three complete menstruation, you are then free from his nikah completely. Any word of clear Talaq or which may indicates Talaq after that is meaningless. In this case you are considered stranger to each other and should live with complete separation. But if he had reconciled by anyway mentioned above (word or act of love and affection) within those three menstruations then the other Talaq will apply the same way as explained above.
After the third Talaq no reconciliation is valid even within your three menstruations.
