Qurbaani of dehorned Animal

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
I Hope mufti saab is well? I would like to know if dehorned and Disbudded animals are allowed for qurbani? Many cattle farmers dehorn or disbudd these animals and these animals are thereafter sold for qurbani, especially cattle

الجواب حامداً و مصليا

If dehorning or disbudding of the horns of an animal mean removing its horn completely from its root/base, then such animal will not be allowed for Qurbani. But if the root/base remains and the animal is healthy and that hasn't affected its brain then it will be permissible for Qurbani.
وفي الشاميه
"قوله: ويضحي بالجماء هي التي لا قرن لها خلقة، و كذا العظماء التي ذهب بعض قرنها بالكسر أو غيره، فإن بلغ الكسر المخ لم يجز. قهستاني. و في البدائع: إن بلغ الكسر المشاش لايجزي، و المشاش رؤس العظام مثل الركبتين و المرفقين". (٦/ ٣٢٣، ط: سعيد)
وفي اله‍نديه:
"و يجوز بالجماء التي لاقرن لها و كذا مكسورة القرن، كذا في الكافي. وإن بلغ الكسر المشاش لايجزيه، و المشاش رؤس العظام مثل الركبتين و المرفقين، كذا في البدائع". (٥/ ٢٩٧، ط:رشيدية)
