Whilst in menstruation the husband is forcing his wife to have intercourse with her. When the wife told him that it is not permissible to do so, he replied that it is halal to do such. In this case what should the wife do?

Sexual intercourse in haiz is haraam and considering it halal may tantamount to kufr and invalidation of nikah. He must make tawbah, read kalima and renew his nikaah.
