Flatulation whilst making wouzou and salaah

Assalaamu Alaikum I have a problem regarding flatulation. This problem occurs only when i am making wudu or reading salah. I keep flatulating while i am doing them. But it ONLY occurs when i am making wudu and reading salah and not at any other time. I dont know what to do. Please help me as I spending my whole day worrying about reading my salaahs and I do not know what to do. Jazakallah
