Is it safe to eat chicken or meat of animals that are slaughtered in Saudi Arabia .....

Is it safe to eat chicken or meat of animals that are slaughtered in Saudi Arabia itself knowing that these animals are mostly slaughtered by strangers working there for a living and many of them are not deeni inclined and they do not pray salaat? When I went for hajj few years back I was shocked to see how these people cheat on qourbani animals and they don't even pronounce bismillah whilst slaughtering. Based on this can we say that all animals slaughtered in Saudi Arabia are halaal safe or should we rather be cautious even if it is local slaughtered animal?
