Is nikka valid for hanafi without the permission of the father???n for shafi maliki n hanbali..DjazakAl

Is it a sign of acceptance by Allah that a girl was seen and accepted suddenly without any hurdle but 3 months after the boy's family rejected the girl without giving reasons.After that the girl always asked Allah for return of that boy and also repented a lot..did namaz regulalrly and also tahajjud.She got marriage proposal but did not get the feeling to accept.After 1 yr that boy came back and want to meet her but she is hesitant as she truts only Allah.That boy has a lot of conditions.Please do tell me by which means she will know which way to take?

Is it true that when read Surah Mumtahinah every day without fail Allah will guide you to the spouse you wish for?

Assalamualaikum. Is it permissible for a husband, a father of three kids,to indulge in relationship with non Muslim girls with intention of giving them dawah and perform nikah,after some time passes he breakup due to incompatibility, (so basically the relationship contact remains more lasting before nikah and after nikah in few days or month divorce) then again search another and repeat the same process,while the wife agrees that he does another Nikah and look after the wife in a respectful and halal manner, but he maintains his routine and claims he is doing noble work by making non muslim read kalimah and in some cases start covering too, It may have quite negative effect on children.and also mentally tiring for the wife. All family members turn a deaf ear to her grievance. What must the wife do? Can she separate? Are the action of the husband justified?
