Aslm.. Since i was a kid i have the habit of talking rudely all the time unintentionally n now im married n already a mother n this habit of mine is causing lots of problems in my married life specially with my hubby n child. Truly speaking i dont intend to talk rudely but 99% of time i end up talking rudely even when im in my best moods..n when im in bad mood its worst because then the speaking tone is ruder.. n in almost all situations this is becoming a barrier between me n my husband n me n my child.. i try my best all the time not to talk rudely but it just comes out rude.. n now even my husband talks rudely with me saying that since i talk rudely so he does it too.. n if im hurt n i try to hide it then if someone taljs to me i try b nice but stil my talking tone is rude rude n rude.. everytime i try my best to change tbis habit but im unable to change.. please is there any solution for this problem?
