It is nearly 3 months that my spouse has left the house with my son.

Assalamualeikoum,

It is nearly 3 months that my spouse has left the house with my son. Reason: Her relatives would interfere too much in our couple life and dictate her on many things. Our relationship got deteriorated, as she preferred her relatives rather than her family. Thus, she has decided to leave the house and go at her mum's place with my son. I tried to convince her to return, she has accepted but her mother objected. I convinced her again, but now she refused to return.
She has not asked for "Talaak", neither i gave her. My son is getting affected due to this separation and he keeps crying saying he wants both his father and mother. We are married for 10 years.

1. Until when the Nikah remains valid in such situation?
2. It it permitted for a wife to leave the house and obeyed her parents on the ground mentioned above?
3. Do her parents have the right to hold my wife ah their places?
4. Is there someone who can provide assistance and explain my wife to re-conciliate?

Grateful if you can advise and help.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Jazaak Allah
