Question
Does a married woman, who has left her husband for no valid reason go to hajj without husband if he has a son.
Is it permissible to throw husband out of the house when same is still in nikah, as the house belongs to wife.
Does the wife have the right to leave husband due to some rare shouts of husband, and remarks?
Answer
In case of farz Hajj a woman has the right to go for hajj if a mahram is available to her. A mahram is a male relative to whom she won't be allowed to get married. The mahram should be sane and of age.
The Husband should provide his wife food, clothes and shelter. The wife may prevent her husband to stay in her house.
He should provide her a shelter and ask her to come to live with him, in this case the wife should obey, otherwise she will be qualified as Naashizah (recalcitrant).
