Can i make a will 2 give all my wealth in sadaqah/lillah!?
Or is it that only a maximum of 33.3% of my wealth can go to fi sabillah and the rest needs to be amongst my parents n siblings!?

Wa alaikumus salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh

A will will be valid only to the extent of one third of the remaining wealth after the funeral expenses and the reimbursement of debt.

Anyway one should consider the necessity and welfare of one's parent and sibblings before making any will as to not depreive them of a comfortable life. This is also fee sabeelillah.
