Très Ulama kiraam, mo ena ene question concernant l’héritage et mo bizin ene eclairesissement lor la d’après Shariat.
Ene personne fine intekaal et li ti kit comme heritier deriere li 2 garcons et 2 fille et ene madame veuve.La dans ene heritier (garçon) ki ti dans pays etrangers aussi fine intekaal après la mort de so papa.
Comme héritage missier la fine kit ene terrain avec so la kaz ground floor lor la seulement ki ene valeur environ 4 à 5 millions et rien d’autre.
Madame de sa missier ki fine intekaal la (c’est à dire mama banne enfants héritiers) fine décide pou fer part, alors li fine décide pou donne ene seule garçon la kaz et la terre. (Sa garcon la li dire ki li fine mette l’argent dans construction sa la kaz la alors li mérite gagne sa pou li seulement dans l’héritage). Mama la pou compense so banne les autre enfants li pou divise ene terrain ki li li posséder, ki so valeur li environ ene million entre le reste enfants.
Mo question c’est eski sa façon partage la li légale d’après shariat ? Mo ti a content coner ki vrais façon pou fer sa partage la d’après shariat ? Si sa li pas d’après shariat et banne les autre heritiers pas d’accord lor sa partage la eski pou ena conséquence dans aakhirat pou sa ?

Assalamualaikum,
Respected ulama may please guide in this case,
A mother wishes to distribute her gold jewelry to her two daughters, they were not given much at the time of their wedding,
While the mother had gifted to the son and daughter-in-law at the time of their wedding years back, much more compared to two daughters .
(Mother had been retaining the jewelry for some hard time) but now she wishes to give it to her two daughters . Will it be permissible? Will the mother be sinful in any way?
