I am renting a house and the owner is at the first floor and there are lot of cat of neighbors that came at the house. I started giving them food because I think the owner of cats don't feed them so everyday they came to have their food. But these cats are disturbing the owner of the house I am renting because these cats lots of time they are fighting and urining at the owner house. So what I want to know if I can stop feeding these cats even they don't get food from there real owner because I am scared that I got problems with the owner of the house I am renting?

Will it not be cruel? cruel to not feeding them?

Allah will not be angry if I don't feed them?
