i am a sunni but during work it is difficult to find sunni masjid.

And which masjid should i not do namaaz?

According to us sunni means, one who follows the sunnah of Nabi (Sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) and the teachings of the Sahaba e Kiraam.

We would like to know what you understand by sunni?

Anyway, we don't recommend you to perform namaaz in ghair muqallideen masjid, as their Jumuah namaaz is makrooh because of the non-arabic khutbah.

It is not permissible to perform namaz behind a shia or qadiani and such namaz is not valid.
