A man passes away and leaving behind his second wife,a son and two daughters from his previous marriage. How his estate will be distributed?

Can a will be made for any of the above heirs?

Answer

The whole estate will be devided into 32 equal portions. 4 portions will go to the wife. 14 portions to the son and each daughter will receive 7 portions.

According to Shariah it is not permissible to make a will (wasiyat) in favour of an heir.
